The Town of Ogunquit is seeking qualified vendors to bid on pre-demolition hazardous materials abatement at the Ogunquit Village School (OVS). The OVS (31 School Street) is an approximately 8,200 square foot, two-story school building on a 0.6-acre parcel identified by the Town as Map 006 Plat 050. The Site building was reportedly constructed in 1920 and the most recent renovation date is unknown. The building consists of wood-frame construction with an asphalt shingle, gable-style roofing system. Typical interior finishes include resilient floor coverings, carpeting, gypsum wallboard, and plaster walls and ceilings.
