If you are requesting passes for two vehicles, fill out both sides.
If you are requesting a pass for one vehicle (1st or 2nd pass), fill out the 1st or one vehicle side only. For example, if you already purchased one pass and would like a second pass, use the 1st or one vehicle side for the second pass.
If you are a year-round renter or purchased property after January 1, 2023, please upload a copy of your lease or deed to ikanoff@ogunquit.gov.
Select $40 for 1st pass OR 2nd pass, or $80 for both passes.
For credit cards, the following fees will be added: $2 for $40, $2.30 for $80. For echecks, $1.75.
We will mail your pass(es) to you with instructions about sticker placement and information about parking once we have verified eligibility.
